Abstract: The Passenger Service Dispatching System of Railway Dedicated Passenger Line(RDPL) is a management information system based on the business demand of passenger service dispatching.Through real-time graphic management,it use message trigger mechanism to associate all kinds of business and procedures with decentralized features and controllable stochastic attribute relevant to RDPL operations. The system consists of eight modules including Plan Enquiry,Train Tracing,Passenger Flow Analysis, Transport Statistical Analysis,Equipment Monitoring,Video Moitoring,Exceptions Response and Information Release. The paper describes in detail the functionality of the system based on each module and puts forward system architecture model based on B/S mode. The simulation experiment system which realized core processing functions has been developed based on this architecture model, with a profound significance to the construction of the system.

摘要： 铁路客运专线旅客服务调度系统，是基于旅客服务调度的业务需求，通过实时图形管理，将与客运专线运营相关的具有分散自律特性及有控随机属性的各业务或过程，利用消息触发机制关联起来的管理信息系统。系统由计划查询、列车跟踪、客流分析、统计分析、设备监控、视频监控、异常处理及信息发布八个模块组成。基于系统各组成模块，本文详细论述了系统的功能定位；研究提出了基于B/S模式的系统体系结构模型。基于该体系结构，实现了包含系统核心处理功能在内的仿真实验系统的开发，对于该系统的建设具有重要参考意义。
