Abstract: Railway Container transportation has significant impact on decreasing the comprehensive logistics cost and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chains. Referring to the current situation of domestic rail container transportation, this paper discusses the operational processes in railway container central stations (RCCS), including the container pack and unpack operations, station operation, as well as loading and unloading operations. To enhance the operational efficiency, it then analyzes the disposition scheme of RCCS by considering the characteristic of function areas, and presents the principles for construction and transformation of RCCS.

摘要： 铁路集装箱运输对于降低综合物流成本，提高国内和国际供应链的效率和效能发挥着重要作用。针对我国铁路集装箱运输发展现状，本文分析了集装箱作业、中心站站内作业以及装卸作业的流程，从提高中心站作业效率的角度出发，根据中心站主要功能区如主箱区、辅助箱区和集卡走行区的特点探讨了铁路集装箱中心站平面配置的箱区设置以及道路布置问题，并在考虑中心站持续发展的基础上提出了中心站平面布置应遵循的主要原则，为集装箱中心站的建设与改造提供设计依据。
