Abstract: Considering the differences in land use, traffic condition, and culture background, the paper puts forward a classify plan for parking supply in Beijing based on domestic and international experiences. Then, by analyzing the differences among roads network capacity, V／C ratio, vehicle trip purpose, parking composition, building attractive density, and vehicle parking characteristics, a formula is developed to examine the parking demand factor. Finally, the paper proposes the different coefficient for the parking space index determination of public building in Beijing.

摘要： 结合建设项目交通影响分析工作中的实际问题，借鉴国外同类城市经验，在考虑不同区域土地利用、交通以及历史文化背景差异性的基础上，提出了北京建筑物停车配建的三类分区方案. 在此基础上，以公共建筑停车配建指标为例，通过对路网整体容量与交通饱和度的差异、机动车出行目的构成与停车结构的差异、建筑物机动车吸引强度的差异、区域车辆停放特征的差异分析，构建区域停车需求因子计算公式，得到公建停车配建指标差别化系数，为确定配建指标值奠定了基础.
