Abstract: The logistic situations in the big city, the prosperity and the future developmental conditions of that city are closely related. Based on the carefully investigation of the logistic situation in greater Tokyo, Japan. This article provides the clear analyzation of such from many different angels, such as the development trend, the logistics quantity, the logistics facilities and the logistics policy etc.

摘要： 物流是连接生产与消费的纽带，由此带来的交通拥堵问题，制约着大都市的再生和经济发展，治理都市交通拥堵已成为世界各国共通的课题。本文从物流业的发展趋势、物流量、物流设施及物流政策等侧面，对日本东京都市圈的物流问题进行了分析和考察。以都市物流的角度，分析了物流与都市发展的因果关系，为中国大都市物流的发展与都市规划提供借鉴性建议。
