Research on Establishment of Virtual Logistics Alliance Enterprises

Abstract

Abstract: In this paper, the author researches on the establishment of virtual logistics alliance enterprises. The four-stage establishment model is devised, and then the structure of virtual logistics alliance is described as a combined organization. Based on the above conclusion，the further research focuses on the two keys: virtual logistics integrator and the information platform.

摘要： 对于虚拟物流企业联盟的组建问题进行了深入的探讨，提出了虚拟物流企业联盟组建的四阶段模式，并对物流企业联盟的实际运作情况，提出了一种混合型的组织体系结构，对虚拟物流企业联盟组织结构的两个核心要素进行了分析，提出了虚拟联盟整合商作为虚拟联盟核心的思想，并设计了联盟的信息平台。
