Abstract: This paper first elaborates what ITS is and suggests that planning of Beijing APTS based on three lays mode should focused on 3 objectives and 4 emphases. It then introduces the plan and construction of Beijing intelligent public transport system and initial achievements. In the end, based on the analysis of current situation, the paper puts out developing strategy and priorty items of construction in the future.

摘要： 首先阐述了对ITS的认识，指出了北京智能公交系统规划将面向三个目标、四个重点，以三层架构模式建立。在此基础上，介绍了北京智能公交系统规划与建设情况，以及取得的初步成效，最后在分析北京智能公交系统建设现状的基础上，提出了下一步推进思路与重点建设内容。
