Abstract: Current the national highway net is already to formation nearly, the main mission of the highway section gradually turns from development into management for developing the good environment of vehicle circulates, increasing the service level and transport’s efficiency of the highway foundation facilities. According to highway present condition of Langfang region, the paper analyzes and elucidates the importance and the necessity of “highway intelligence transportation system” in the common highway. At the same time,on the foundation of the problem of the front exists, the paper puts forward the basic principle of the common highway intelligence developments.

摘要： 目前全国的公路网已基本建成，公路部门的主要任务已从公路建设逐渐转到为创造良好的行车环境、提高公路基础设施服务水平和运输效率的公路管理上来。本文从廊坊地区公路管理现状出发，通过分析说明了在普通高等级公路实施“公路智能交通系统”的重要性和必要性，并针对当前存在的问题提出了普通高等级公路智能化建设的基本原则。
