Abstract: The Demonstration Project of Beijing Comprehensive Traffic Information Platform is the basis to keep the cooperation and continual development of the ITS in Beijing. This paper reviews the achievements of this project, and outlines the fundamental orientation, construction aims, clients service, system framework, the processing status of the research and construction of the project and so on. As the Demonstration Project of the “the Scientific Olympics” project in the tenth five years developing plan of our country, this paper has done something useful on the research of the key technologies and the construction, which is also introduced in the paper.

摘要： 北京市交通综合信息平台是保障北京市ITS协调、持续发展，并充分发挥效益的基础.本文根据北京市交通综合交通信息平台示范工程项目组的研究成果，概述了北京市交通综合信息平台示范工程的基本定位、建设目标、用户服务、系统框架和项目研究、建设的进展情况等.其中，作为十五“科技奥运”示范工程，该项目在关键技术和工程建设上都进行了有益探索和尝试.
