Abstract: It is essential for the regional logistics network planning as the important part to achieve the conformity and optimization of the regional logistics resources and reflect the primary and secondary of the logistics planning by planning the logistics nodes and corridors. Based on the consultant with the planning experience and fruit, the planning framework of the regional logistics networks based on the grow pole theory is proposed, and the planning methodology of the regional logistics networks consisted in the assess of the regional logistics，the selecting of the regional
logistics grow pole，the layout of the logistics network and the building list is established in this paper,which focused on the planning of logistics parks and logistics center are studied.

摘要： 区域物流基拙设施平台规划是区域物流规划的重要组成部分，通过规划物流结点和通道实现整合、优化区域物流资源的目的和体现出规划的主次.文章在吸收区域物流规划实践经验和最新研究成果的基础上，提出了基于增长极理论的区域物流基础设施平台规划总体框架，建立了一套由区域物流现状分析、区域物流增长极选择、物流网络布局和建设序列等组成的区域物流基础设施平台规划方法体系，并重点对物流园区和物流中心的规划进行了研究.
