Abstract: Due to the fast development of modernization in railway，highway，airline and shipment，transportation industry is becoming more and more important in our country’s economic development strategy．A comprehensive transportation system’s building urgently requires the academic development and talent cultivation，which are the major topic in the fourth forum on transportation．During the forum，potential development blueprint is deeply discussed，problems exist in the setting of transportation arrangement are further analyzed．Meanwhile，concerned suggestion about academic development and talent cultivation are suppose to solve the different requirements in different level of transportation．

摘要： 随着我国铁路、公路、航空、水运以及城市交通等现代化建设的不断发展，交通运输业在国民经济领域中占据着越来越重要的地位，综合交通运输体系的建设，迫切需要加快我国现代交通学科的建设和人才的培养。“交通7+1论坛”第四次理事会会议围绕交通运输领域的学科建设和人才培养，探讨了综合交通运输系统的发展前景，分析了当前交通运输学科设置存在的问题，针对交通运输领域不同层次人才需求的状况，提出了学科建设和人才培养的相关建议。
