Abstract: The urban passenger transportation trans-shipment is a complex problem. It relates to many departments and subjects，and has the characteristics of sociality, comprehensiveness and intersection. This paper analyses the meanings and classes of traffic transfer as well as the influence factors for effective running. On the basis of the analysis，the paper constructs the theoretical frame for studying the traffic trans-shipment，according to the courses of object theory analysis，content designs，test implements，especially introducing the theory and method of analyzing the transshipment quantity，the transfer organization, the policy and method of constructing trans-shipment as well as integrated appraise for studying the urban passenger transportation trans-shipment.

摘要： 城市交通换乘街接是一个十分复杂的问题，涉及多个部门和多个学科，具有很强的社会性、综合性与交又性.本文针对这一问题对城市交通换乘街接的内涵、分类及换乘影响因素进行了深入的分析，并以此为基拙，按照目标理论分析、内容设计、检验实施的系统分析过程提出了城市客运交通换乘街接研究的理论框架，重点从换乘量分析、换乘街接组织、换乘建设策略与方法及换乘综合评价等方面介绍了城市客运交通换乘街接问题研究的理论与方法，并对其进行了理论分析和探讨.
