Summary of Bus Rapid Transit Application Effect At Beijing South-Centre Corridor

Abstract

Abstract: This paper presents the actuality of South-Centre Corridor Bus Rapid Transit line, summaries and analyzes the application effect from the management condition, service level and social benefit. And then it puts forward the proposals with the aim of providing the reference for the operation and planning of BRT system.

摘要： 本文在介绍南中轴快速公交线路概况的基础上，从运行环境、服务水平、投资收益三方面分析了快速公交的实施效果。对南中轴常规公交线路分期分批进行调整后，走廊上的运行环境大为改善，走廊上的机动车流量和车速都有了明显提高；公交服务水平大幅提高，乘客节约了出行时间、满意度上升，公交车速度提高、延误下降、准点率提高、运输效率提高；企业投资收益明显，BRT的确是介于轨道交通与常规公交之间的“第三种方式”。当然，对存在的问题也提出了建议，目的是为快速公交系统的运营和规划设计提供参考依据。
