Abstract: Power industry is the most important fundamental energy industry in our national economy. Logistics and SCM (Supply Chain Management) play important roles in power industry. This paper presents the basic concept of power logistic and SCM. It analyzes the characteristics and problems in traditional management of electric power supply chain management. Then, it discusses the management reformation of power SCM using modern management concepts and methods.

摘要： 电力工业是国民经济发展的最重要的基础能源产业，做好电力物流和供应链的管理在电力产业中具有重要意义。本文简要介绍了电力物流以及电力供应链的基本概念，分析了电力供应链的特点及传统电力供应链管理模式的问题，结合现代供应链管理的方法与观念探讨了电力供应链管理方法的改革设想。
