Abstract: Hongqiao hub is a mega world-class integrated transportation hub in the Eleventh Five-Year Plan Period of China. During the process of planning, designing, and constructing, the hub ontology and surroundings always face the different transport challenges. Pertinent traffic impact evaluation and transport research have been developed for many times, and promoted continuous improvements of designs on the hub planning. The paper introduces the details on main purposes and content of the hub traffic impact evaluation at the period of hub ontology planning, designing, and the regulatory planning of surroundings, and analyzes the organization security system to the achievement. It also introduces the important results and applications on traffic impacts analysis which related to the hub function orientation, terminal layout on hub ontology, elevated layout on hub ontology in and out, interchange infrastructure service level in hub, commercial development on the hub ontology and development scale on designing and the regulatory detailed planning of surroundings.

摘要： 虹桥枢纽是我国在“十一五”期间建设的世界级特大综合交通枢纽. 在枢纽本体及周边地区的规划、设计与建设过程中，始终面临着各种各样的交通挑战，为此针对性开展的多轮交通影响评价与相关交通研究，有力促进了虹桥枢纽规划设计成果的不断完善. 本文详细介绍了虹桥枢纽在枢纽本体的规划、设计以及周边地区控详编制等阶段交通影响评价的主要目的、内容，分析了虹桥枢纽交通影响评价结果得以成功落实的组织保障，系统研究了有关虹桥枢纽功能定位、枢纽本体轨道站点布局、枢纽本体进出场高架系统布局、枢纽内部换乘设施服务水平、枢纽本体上方商业开发、枢纽周边地区控制性详细规划开发规模等交通影响评价的主要成果和应用情况.
