摘要: 明确分析了信号设计中相位设计和配时设计之间定性和定量的关系,并针对相位设计
的特点,提出相位设计专家系统的理论框架,构造详实可行的专家系统知识库,进一步建立相位生成和优化模块,在相位优化模块中,利用交通流冲突点数量、交叉口时空利用率、信号相位损失时间总和三项指标评估交叉口信号相位方案,为交叉口信号相位设计专家系统的开发提供了完整的框架结构和坚实的理论基础.

关键词: 相位设计, 专家系统, 左转相位, 相位优化

Abstract: This paper cleaily describes qualitative and quantitaive relationship between signal phasing and timing in the process of signal design.According signal phase’s character,paper proposes theory architecture of signal phasing with expert system and designs completely
feasible knowledge base. Signal phase generating and optimizing model is presented. To signal phase optimizing model, numbers of conflicting points between all kinds of traffic flows, time&space resource utility ratio and total lost time of signal phase are introduced toevaluate
signal phase schemes. Paper provides complete architecture and strong theory basis for developing signal phasing with expert system.
