摘要： 论述了道路货物运输企业向物流企业转化的必要性，分析了道路货物运输企业向物流
企业转化的有利条件，以及转化中可能存在的困难与难点，对道路货物运输企业如何向物流转 化提出了几点建议;最后，指出了道路货物运输企业向物流企业转化中应注意的几个问题.

Abstract: It illustrates the necessary that the highway transport enterprises transform to logistic enterprises, and analysis the favorable conditions and the difficulty of the highway
transport enterprises, and concrete measures have been put forward to. At last, the authors point out that the several problems should be pay attention to when the highway transport
enterprises transform to the logistic enterprises.
