摘要: 城市公交车辆的配置量是提高公交发展水平的首要因素.在对国内外城市公交车辆配置研究的基础上,分析总结了城市公交车辆总体配置方法。引入时段配车的概念,分析推导得到公交线路的既满足服务质量,又保证配车数最小的一般配车方法。从公交企业的效益和公交乘客出行两方面分析公交车辆配置的影响,以公交企业支出的费用与乘客出行时间(经舒适程度修正)加权和最小为目标建立公交线路车辆配置的优化模型,举例验证方法的有效性。

Abstract: Trafic capacity collocation of urban public transportation is a principal factor to improve development of public traffic. Based on the study of collocation of urban public transportation at home and overseas, the overall method of collocation of public transportation was concluded. A new conception-collocating vehicles according to period of time and a common method of collocate vehicle are provided. According to this method, level of service is satisfied and the least number of vehicles is provided. Considering the benefit of enterprise and the travel of public trafic passenger, with a goal of minimizing the weighted sum of the cost of public transportation enterprise and public trafic passenger’s travel time, a modified model of collocating vehicle which can optimize two aspects upwards is provided. The validity of this model was checked up by examples.
