信号交叉口PLC控制程序设计

PLC Control Program Design for Signalized Intersections

摘要: PLC是工业控制的重要手段和主要的基础设备。本文阐述了应用PLC实现交通控制的优越性;对PLC应用于交通信号控制系统的设计步骤进行了介绍。基于松下可编程控制器FP-XC30,根据城市道路交叉口交通信号灯的控制要求,绘制了不同相位控制下的信号交叉口不同流向车流的通行状态示意图,介绍了不同相位控制下交通信号PLC控制程序的设计过程及编写方法。

Abstract: PLC (programmable logic controller) is an important method and basic equipment in industrial control. The paper describes the advantages of traffic control system with PLC, and presents the design procedure of PLC traffic signal control system. According to the realistic control requirement of urban road signalized intersections, with the Panasonic FPX-C30 PLC, the paper describes the pass through states of antagonistic vehicle streams at signalized intersections and sets forth the design procedure and programming method of PLC control program under different phase sequence.
