机场专线站点布设模型及求解方法

摘要: 机场与城市内部交通的衔接规划是城市综合交通规划的重要组成部分,分析机场与城市内部交通衔接规划存在的问题,建立一个高效的衔接系统是十分必要的。针对这个衔接系统的特征,从发展公共交通的角度考虑机场与市区之间的衔接关系,处理机场与市区衔接的问题。机场巴士和机场轨道交通的专线站点的布设和规模设计对解决整个衔接问题和提高衔接系统的效率起着关键作用。以现有公交换乘枢纽布局选址方法为基础,以旅客出行总时间最小为目标,建立了各类机场专线站点的布设模型,并利用遗传算法的计算方法对其进行求解。运用此模型,可以得出规划机场专线站点数目及其规模的合理方案。

Abstract: Linking planning between the airport and city traffic plays an important role in urban traffic planning. It is necessary to analyzes the existing problems and build up an efficient linking system. In terms of the linking system’s character, this paper considers the relationship between the airport and city traffic with the point of view of developing public traffic and figures out the problems. The key to increase efficiency and deal with the problem is distribution and choosing location of the station of the bus and subway to the airport, and size design. Aiming at the minimization of total passengers’ travel time, this paper develops the location planning model for diversiform stations of bus and subway to the airport, and it is based on an existence planning method of bus stations. Then the genetic algorithm is employed to solve the model. Which provides the model and size of the stations, as well asreasonable planning program.
