摘要: “三西”煤炭外运通道是我国铁路煤炭运输的最主要通道,在该地区煤炭运输能力紧张的状况下,研究和建设布局合理的煤炭运输新通道对于保证我国煤炭供应、平衡全国煤炭供需矛盾以及提高煤炭利用效益等均有着重要意义。本文分析了我国华西北既有铁路煤运通道的总体布局和运行状况,对“三西”地区煤炭外运的北、中、南通路集疏运布局和12条干线主要技术标准、运量、运能情况进行了统计分析,探讨了该地区煤炭铁路外运系统中存在的问题,对比分析了煤运新通道南北两线方案的优缺点,在此基础上提出了新通道及其集疏运系统的建设方案。

Abstract: “Sanxi” coal transport channels are the main coal transport corridor in China. According to the situation of transport ability inadequacy, to research and construct a new coal transport channel is very important for assuring coal supply, balancing between coal supply and demand and improving coal utilization efficiency. This paper analyzes the layout and operation of the existing coal transport channels in “SanXi” region, and studies the technical criterion, transport capacity and volume of 12 main lines. Then, the paper points out the existing problems of the railway outward transport system of coal in Sanxi region, and a contrastive analysis is made with Southern Line and Northern Line. Finally, a construction plan of coal transport new channel and its collecting and distributing system is proposed.
