摘要/Abstract

摘要： 交通需求预测是交通影响评价中重要的基础工作之一. 本文首先介绍了交通影响评价中交通需求预测工作的现状和存在的问题，阐述了构建交通影响评价交通需求预测共享平台的必要性. 然后提出了共享平台的层次结构，并设计了平台的主要功能模块. 最后，以北京市为例，对共享平台中核心模型的应用与参数选择进行详细说明，同时阐述了平台相关基础信息库建设及标准规范建立的长远意义. 交通需求预测共享平台的构建有利于提高交通影响评价的预测精度，为进一步规范交通影响评价中的交通需求预测工作及提高评价工作效率奠定良好的基础.

Abstract: Traffic demand forecast is an important basic work of the traffic impact analysis. The paper presents necessity of developing a travel demand forecast sharing platform with the analysis of current flowchart and key problems of the forecast model which is applied in the traffic impact analysis. Then, it puts forward the framework of the proposed sharing platform and provides a detailed description of principals, frameworks, and functionalities of core modules. The development of the travel demand forecast sharing platform provides an analytical platform which would improve the prediction accuracy of traffic demand in the traffic impact analysis procedure.
