摘要: 机位的高效、合理安排是机场地面作业中的一项重要任务,也是机场运行组织的重要组成部分. 本文在考虑跑道使用方向的基础上,研究如何利用优化机位分配来减少飞机滑行距离,从而达到降低滑行油耗的目的. 通过对首都国际机场滑行油耗分析,本文建立了机位分配混合整数规划模型,利用现代优化算法——禁忌搜索算法对该问题进行求解, 并用实例验证了模型和算法的有效性. 实证分析结果具有一定的理论价值和实际意义.

Abstract: As the core of airport operation, aircraft stands assignment is known as a kind of complicated combinatorial optimization problem. The paper focuses on reducing airport taxiing distance to ultimately cut the taxiing cost with consideration of the track direction. It develops a GAP model based on fuel consumption while aircraft is taxiing. An integer program (IP) model is formulated, and a tabu search algorithm was put forward to resolve the model. The paper also provides the real example of a certain airport in the country to test the effectiveness of the model
and algorithm. The result is both theoretical and practical valuable
