摘要: 改革开放以来,我国经济取得了高速的发展.然而,在经济高速发展的同时,我国城市的交通安全问题也变得越来越突出.如何有效解决我国城市交通安全问题,已迫在眉睫.道路交通“黑点”是指道路上频繁发生交通事故的路段.通过分析“黑点”的道路特征,可为采取相应的交通安全措施提供决策支持,从而有效减少“黑点”上交通事故的发生,提升道路交通安全水平.本文利用数据挖掘中的关联规则方法,对北京市道路交通的“黑点”进行特征分析,挖掘出交通“黑点”的一些特征,并据此提出了一些交通安全措施建议,以减少“黑点”上交通事故的发生,从而提升道路交通安全.

Abstract: Since the reform and opening up policy was introduced, the economy of China has grown rapidly. However, with the rapid growth in economy, the traffic problem in cities became more and more serious. It is rather necessary to solve this problem and reduce traffic accidents. Traffic black spots, are the road sects where traffic accidents often occur. It can effectively reduce the traffic accidents by analyzing the characteristics of the black spots and taking measures to reduce the black spots. This paper uses association rule to analyze the characteristics of the traffic black spots in Beijing. And based the results, effective measures can be taken to reduce the traffic black spots and improve the traffic safety of Beijing.
