摘要: 针对道路交通安全的现况,分析了利用地理信息系统(GIS)建立道路安全管理
系统的必要性和可行性.本研究提出了一个基于GIS的道路安全管理系统.该系统由
人机交互系统、数据库及其管理系统、模型库及其管理系统、方法库及其管理系统组成.该系统的实现,将是GIS在该领域应用和迅速提高道路交通安全管理现代化水平的一个新探索.

Abstract: According to the present condition of road traffic safety, the paper analysies the feasibility and necessity of building road safety management system using geographic information system (GIS). This paper brings forward a management system of road traffic safety based on GIS.
The system consists of basic database and its management system,method database and its management system,model database and its management system and man-machine interaction system. This paper provides a new train of thought about both the use of GIS and improvement of road traffic safety management.
