摘要: 随着世界不定期船运输市场的持续发展和竞争的进一步加剧,在物流供应链管理全球化背景下,海运业的定位应是全面物流服务的提供商或者至少是全面物流提供商的一部分。给出了不定期船运输市场优化决策支持系统的理论框架,该框架由国际航运市场分析模块、不定期船航线优化决策模块和绩效评估模块构成,并探讨了新系统的技术开发路线,为系统的成功开发奠定理论基础。

Abstract: Shipping companies must consider themselves as the almightiness logistics provider or at least as members of provider of the almightiness logistics,insteading of the provider of sea transport services. This paper puts forward an theoretic frame of the optimization-based decision support system,which is consist of international shipping market analyses, optimize assign proper ship routing based on GIS,performance evaluating of the decision support system. This paper also bring forward a route of technology development,which will settle a steady base on theoretic for developing the system.
