摘要: 军事交通是后勤保障的中心环节,交通保障能力是军事交通的基础. 合理评价交通保障能力,对于我们提高军事运输保障能力具有十分重要的意义. 交通保障能力是一个多因素构成的复杂系统,而且其各个因素之间相互影响,构成联系网络. 本文在充分分析军事交通运输保障能力的各个影响因素的基础上,充分挖掘各个影响因素之间的相互关系,以及各层之间的反馈影响关系,运用网络层次分析法建立分析评价模型. 最后,通过对某地区交通保障能力进行分析评估,证明了模型的正确性.

Abstract: Military transportation is the key point of logistics guarantee,and the ability of transportation guarantee is the foundation of military transportation. It is meaningful to evaluate the transport guarantee ability on the aspect of improving the military transport ability . It is a complex system composed by many factors which form a network and contact each other . After analyzing the factors,this paper investigates the relationship between them and the feed back influence between each hiberarchy . Based on them,the paper puts forward the analytic network process. Finally,the paper approves it by an example .
