摘要: 高速公路分布式视频监控系统正广泛应用,在很多方面需要高质量的视频图像,并对QoS提出了要求。在分析实时视频网络传输难点的基础上,讨论了IP网络中的延迟、抖动、丢失率等特性对数字视频传输的不利影响。针对数字视频的传输处理,提出了系统的技术优化方案,给出了实时视频网络传输系统的实现模型。结合该模型,在视频编码、协议调用和程序实现及流量控制等方面提出了合理的优化方法,并搭建了一个完整的实时视频传输系统平台。实时视频传输系统通过将以太网与监控图像网以及监控数据网有机结合在一起,完成视频的数字化传输,以实现监控图像的联网管理和共享。

Abstract: Distributing monitor system of freeway is positive extensive applied,and video picture of the high quality is needing and put forward request to QoS in many ways. Based on the analysis of the difficult of real-time video transmission, delay、jitter and loss ,which have disadvantage on digital video transmission, are discussed in this paper. Aim at transmission disposal of digital video , the optimal technique project of the system is taken ,and the realization model of real-time video transmission in network is presented. With the model, reasonable method on video encode, protocols transmission and procedure realization are proposed and an integrated platform of Real-time video transmission system is built. The system of real-time video transmission can combine the Ethernet, the net of supervision picture and the net of monitor data, and can complete digital video transfer ,so , the net management and picture share can be realized.
