奥运期间北京城市公共交通需求及保障分析研究

摘要: 第29届奥运会期间,北京交通面临来自大量的赛时观众、游客出行的奥运需求以及城市自身的交通需求,交通形势严峻。做好赛时交通供给的主要方式之一—城市公共交通的保障工作成为奥运会顺利进行的前提。本文在研究常规和赛时需求管理政策下的公共交通客流特征的基础上,分析其客流在高峰日和开闭幕式的时间分布与场馆周边、大型集散枢纽和通道的时空分布特性,分别针对公共(电)汽车、轨道交通和出租汽车提出公共交通系统交通保障方案,运用公交模型核算赛时城市公共交通运力供给能力,证明公交系统有足够的服务水平和能力,满足奥运举办和城市运行的交通需求。

Abstract: During the Beijing Olympics, urban traffic should meet heavy travel demands both from large amount of demestic and intertional spectators and its basic transport demand. For the success of the Olympics, urban public traffic can be treated as a major mode to meet these demands. Based on the urban public traffic demands during the playing and regular time, this study analyzed the characteristics of passenger flow in temporal distributions including peak day (7th day) and the opening/closing ceremony day and directional distributions such as the areas around the competition venues, large scale transportation hubs and the main distributing channels. Then, the transit model was utilized to check the capacity of the urban public traffic under interrelated supporting schemes of buses, subways, taxis, and it was found that the public traffic system had enough service potential to meet the travel demand during the Olympics.
