摘要: 北京奥运期间,通过VMS发布信息进行交通诱导取得了良好的效果,奥运期间发布的路况动态量化信息向出行者提供了路段的实时状态和奥运主要路线的行程时间。本文主要就基于交通流实时检测的奥运交通诱导VMS信息发布问题进行了探讨,首先介绍了奥运交通诱导VMS信息发布的逻辑结构,然后提出了基于采集的基础数据进行诱导信息VMS发布的数据处理流程和数据处理分析的具体方法,并对VMS发布的交通诱导信息的自动生成模型进行了讨论,最后提出了计算路段行程时间和平均速度的断面中心法和路段中心法,并给出了模型和算法在奥运交通诱导VMS发布中的实际应用效果。

Abstract: During the Beijing Olympics, the traffic guidance by VMS(Variable Message Signs) gained excellent effects. Road condition dynamic and quantitative information which was released during the Olympics provided travelers with real-time road conditions and travel time of main Olympic lines. This study discussed the VMS traffic information release based on traffic flow real-time detecting. It introduced the logical structure of the Olympic traffic guidance VMS information release. The data process of the VMS release is presented based on the collected original data, and certain methods on data process are discussed. This study also discussed the self-generation model of VMS traffic guidance information. It proposed the mid point-centered method and section-centered method to calculate travel time and average speed. In the last section, it provides practical effects of proposed model algorithm in the Olympic traffic guidance VMS release.
