摘要: 根据现代电力电子技术集成化发展趋势,在分析机车车辆维修性及其与可靠性的关系基础上,按机车车辆标准化、系列化、模块化设计的要求,提出了提高交流牵引机车变流器维修性的基本措施,并结合国内外电气化铁路实例对变流器的模块化、系列化设计进行了深入研究,研究结果表明变流器模块化和系列化设计对提高其维修性具有重要的实践价值,通过上述措施可有效提高维修效率、减少维修费用、改善维修人员工作环境。

Abstract: With the development of modern electric and electronic technology, the maintainability of locomotives and its relationship with reliability are described in this paper, and the solution for increasing the maintainability of AC locomotive converters is discussed. In addition, the function and significance of standardization, serialization, and modularization are also presented, The converter’s modularization and serialization design are also provided, which indicates that both are important for the maintainability of locomotive converters.
