城市边缘区域大型建设项目通道交通分析

摘要: 随着城市用地的不断向外扩张,大型建设项目向城市边缘区域拓展已经成为城市建设开发的必然趋势. 本文在分析以往交通影响评价方法局限性的基础上,提出了通道交通分析的基本思路,以项目临近的交通通道为研究对象,根据项目周边通道上的瓶颈路段确定研究范围,并在项目对通道交通影响程度分析的基础上引入通道建设敏感度分析,以确定按规划实施项目建设时所必须的交通通道. 应用案例研究表明,引入通道交通分析比较成功地缓解了城市周边大批建设项目实施和通道交通供需之间的矛盾,改进了以往交通影响评价方法的不足,可以确保项目建成后通道交通服务水平不会显著下降.

Abstract: Buliding large developmental projects in urban fringe regions has become a civil developing trend under the condition that urban area expanded contiously. Based on analyzing the limitation of traditional traffic impact analysis, this paper presents the fundamentals of passage traffic analysis. The object is selected to be those traffic passages constructed within short distance in the proposed project. The paper advocates traffic bottleneck studies according to surrounding passage traffic, and examines passage traffic sensitivity based on the impact analysis of the under-constructed project on passage traffic. It is necessary to identify the passages that the project should take. Finally, the proposed theory is illustrated by an example. The passage traffic analysis effectively dissolved the conflict between undergoing construction and passage traffic, which makes improvement of traditional traffic impact analysis. In this way, it avoids significant side effect on the passage traffic after construction.
