公共交通快捷指数分析模型研究

摘要:

优先发展公共交通是大城市解决交通拥堵,实现城市交通可持续发展的一项重要措施.居民出行对于公共交通服务快捷性的要求越来越高,掌握公交出行效率的时间变化规律,能帮助出行者合理选择出行时间和出行线路.为了更好地评价公共交通运行效率,本文结合公共交通GPS数据,提出了公共交通快捷指数分析模型,相对于传统评价指标,它能够更科学地反映公交线网运行的真实状况,实现公共交通日常运行的监测和评价.以北京市为例,对公共交通快捷指数进行计算与分析,其结果反映的变化趋势可以较好地刻画不同线路和公交线网运行效率的时变特征和空间差异.

Abstract:

Promoting public transportation development is an effective way to resolve traffic jam and achieve the sustainable development of urban traffic. Residents’ requirements for the faster public transit have become higher than ever before. Capturing the time evolution rule of public transport can help travelers to choose proper travel time and routes. Based on the GPS data of public transport, the paper establishes a rapid index model of public transport to describe and evaluate the efficiency of bus lines or networks. Compared with the traditional evaluation indicators, it is more comprehensive to reflect the real state of public transit network operation. It can be effectively used to monitor the daily operation of public transport and evaluate the efficiency of public transport. Taking Beijing city as an example, the paper analyzes the rapid index of public transport. The results indicate that it can effectively describe the time varying characteristics and spatial difference of different routes and the whole public transit network.
