通用教练机机队优化配置

摘要:

为了降低通用航空驾驶员训练过程中机队的运营成本,本文分析了教练机机 队配置问题,提出了通用教练机机队运营成本的计算方法.以机队运营成本最低为目标建 立了通用教练机优化配置模型,应用机队规划的理论和整数规划的方法优化了训练任务 的分配,以降低机队运营成本.利用LINGO软件对3种机型的教练机机队进行了仿真分 析,结果表明,优化的机队配置方法减少了机队教练机数量,降低了机队运营成本;通用 教练机的技术性能和使用费用是影响机队配置的重要因素.

Abstract:

In order to reduce the fleet operating costs in general aviation pilot training, the allocation of trainer fleet are analyzed, and a method is developed to calculate the operating cost of fleets. An optimal allocation model of general trainer fleet is established under the goal of reducing fleet operating costs to the lowest. Then the allocation of training mission is optimized using fleet planning theory and integer programming method, to reduce fleet operating costs. A3-type-trainer fleet is simulated and analyzed using the LINGO programming software. The results show that the optimized way of allocation reduces the number of trainers and the operating costs of the fleet, and that the technical performance and the operating costs of general trainers are major factors affecting the allocation of the fleet.
