Abstract: This paper introduces several methods to depict the relationship between flow and occupancy, as the indicator of traffic status changing with time during one-day, and presents their correlation with microwave detection data. It points out that during rush hour or congestion hour, the correlation of flow-occupancy is different from other periods significantly. Moreover, by the definition of traffic congestion hour or period, different from traffic rush hour, the capability of identifying traffic status increases.

摘要: 引入几个表示流量和占有率之间关系的方法,作为一天中交通状态随时间变化的指示器,并且使用微波检测数据展现他们之间的相关关系,并指出在高峰小时或拥挤小时,流量与占有率之间的关系与其他时段显著不同,通过定义交通拥挤时段和拥挤小时以区别于交通高峰小时.增加分辨交通状态的能力.
