Abstract: Controlling the total of urban passenger traffic vehicle and proportion of every kind of vehicle is one of the importation measures which target to optimal urban passenger traffic model and relax urban traffic congestion. There is no mature method of confirming urban passenger traffic vehicle scale now.In.order to optimal urban passenger model，the paper put forward a level analysis method of all kinds of urban passenger vehicle based on urban street network capacity analysis，and the scale of urban passenger traffic vehicle can be confirmed.

摘要： 在优化城市客运交通结构、缓解交通拥挤的各项措施中，客运机动车辆总量规模以及各车种比例的控制是重要的内容.目前尚没有成熟的城市客运机动车总量规模控制的定量化计算方法，本文从促进城市交通结构优化的角度出发，基于城市道路网容量分析，提出了不同客运机动车辆发展规模定量化计算的层次分析法，进而得到城市客运机动车辆发展的总体规模.
