A Discussion on Traffic Impact Analysis of Urban Construction Projects

Abstract

Abstract: By analyzing current means，process and some problems needed to be urgently solved in the field of the Traffic Impact Analysis in the United States，the United Kingdom, Japan and our country, this paper argues that environment impact analysis as well as accessibility analysis be added and suggests multi - indices Traffic Impact Analysis means. This means not only calculates the impacts of vehicles caused by Urban Construction Items but also takes their impacts on environment and accessibility into account so as to consider more impacts of traffic caused by Urban Construction items.

摘要： 通过分析美国、英国、日本和我国目前的交通影响分析方法、过程和亟待解决的一些问题，探讨了在交通影响分析中增加环境影响评价、可达性评价等，提出了多指标交通影响分析方法.多指标交通影响分析方法不仅能定量计算城市建设项目带来的在道路和交叉口上新增的交通流量，而且能够计算新增交通量对环境和土地利用的负面影响，从而更全面地考虑城市建设项目对交通的影响.

关键词: 交通影响分析, 交通需求预测, 环境, 可达性
