Abstract: The method of comprehensive traffic network planning is a theoretically and practically realistic problem, and also a problem which has been constantly probed into in search of a resolution for generations of Chinese specialists and experts working at this area. On the basis of industrial economics, regional economics and traffic economics, the paper expounds the method and practice of comprehensive traffic network planning in the light of Chinese national conditions and different stages of economic development to guide our practice of planning traffic network.

摘要： 综合交通网规划的方法是一个具有很强的理论与实践意义的问题,也是我国几代从事综合交通的专家学者一直努力探索解决的问题.为了指导我国综合交通网规划的实践工作,本论文依据产业经济学、区域经济学和交通经济学等学科知识,结合我国交通经济区位特征和交通经济规律,阐述了如何结合中国的国情和经济发展的不同阶段综合交通网规划的方法与实践.
