Abstract: This article used the SWOT to carry on the analysis to the strategic environment of the port informatization. It pointed out if you want to win in the intense market, constructing informatization is the inevitable choice. This article has constructed the port informatization strategic target and the strategic frame, divided the port informatization strategy into 4 levels and 13 systems. It elaborated the strategy implementation method and the principle of port informatization. Then it took the Xinsha port in south-China as the case to show its serviceability and validity, and had the importance significant to the port informatization construction, also impelled the enterprise to obtain the comparison superiority in the market competition.

摘要： 本文应用SWOT方法，对港口信息化的战略环境进行了分析，指出要想在激烈的市场中取胜，港口建设信息化是必然的选择。本文通过制定港口信息化战略目标和构筑战略框架，将港口信息化战略分为“四个层次”和“十三个系统”；阐述了港口信息化战略实施方法与原则。最后，以南方新沙港为例，说明港口信息化战略的实用性与有效性，在港口信息化建设中具有较强的指导作用，对推动企业在市场竞争中获得比较优势有着重要意义。
