Abstract: The construction of urban mass transit is a project with high-risk, high-investment, long-cycle, and high-impact. As the urban rail transit developed, the great mass of technique and methods in construction project, however, the information management levels are stuck in a micro-level for data management, the global management of risk, the deep use and integrated show of safe data has become the bottleneck of information management of urban rail transit construction. Therefore, in this paper, the safety-risk-management information system for urban rail transit construction based on GIS is presented, and such aspects as system function, system architecture, and process of implement is addressed. The developing work of the system has been completed currently, and the system has been successfully applied in the construction of Tianjin railway

摘要: 城市轨道交通建设工程是一项风险高、投资多、周期长、影响大的建设工程. 随着国内城市轨道交通的发展,施工技术、安全防护技术等方面虽然取得了显著的进步,但其信息化管理水平却仅仅停留在一个微观的数据管理层面,安全风险全局管理、安全数据的深层次利用与综合性展示已成为了城市轨道交通建设安全风险信息化管理的瓶颈. 因此,本文提出了建设基于GIS的城市轨道交通建设安全风险管理信息系统,并从系统的功能、架构与业务实现流程等方面对系统进行了阐述. 目前,系统已在天津地铁建设中得到成功应用.
