Abstract: From the point of view of post-evaluation and by the means of contrasting the planning result with the reality, this paper discussed the rationality of the arterial highway network planning of Shannxi Province from the aspects of prospective development，scale prediction and construction arrangement etc. What is more, according to the result of the post-evaluation, the reason from the planning itself has been analyzed and the experiences has been summarized in the paper that could be referenced in later highway network planning to make it more scientific and more efficient.

摘要： 从后评价的角度，通过将规划结果与发展实际相对比的方法，从发展预测、规模测算和建设安排三个方面对陕西省干线公路网发展规划的成功度进行评价，并针对评价结果，从规划本身的角度分析原因，总结经验，为以后的公路网规划提供借鉴，以提高其科学性与有效性。
