Abstract: This paper analyzed the change of container throughput and deal capability of main ports in pearl delta from 1995，researched some important factors for the container ports group market situation. A conclusion is，as the powerful increasing of hinterland container transport demand，Hong Kong port，Shenzhen port and Guangzhou port will come into being a new cooperative and competitive ports group developing situation.

摘要： 通过分析“九五”以来珠江三角洲地区主要港口集装箱吞吐量、吞吐能力的变化，找出地区集装箱港口格局演变的主要影响因素，对未来珠江三角洲地区集装箱港口发展格局演变的大趋势做出判断:面对强劲增长的腹地集装箱运输需求，香港、深圳、广州将形成互相依存、互相补充、互相竞争、共同发展的新格局.
