Adaptability Measure Model and Case Study for
Areal Highway Transportation System

区域公路运输的适应性测度模型及应用

Abstract: Based on the concept of adaptability, the harmony coefficient (HC) measure model, including the efficacy function, the HC function and the assessment of HC, are constructed using the synergetic principle. The appraised index of the model is also established on the areal highway transportation system (HTS). Then, the model is applied to the HTS of Shandong Province according to the related data from 1996 to 2004. The analysis results demonstrate the areal HTS is unadapted during the period, which results from the disharmony among the social economy, the highway infrastructure and the transportation. The contribution of population, the ratio of the primary industry and the investment scale of the passenger station and freight station to the HC is low.

摘要: 从适应性的基本概念出发,应用协同学中有序度理论与方法构建了区域公路运输系统协调度测度模型,包括功效函数、协调函数和协调度评判方法,建立了区域公路运输系统适应性评价指标体系。应用该理论对1996年至2004年山东省公路运输系统的相关数据进行了分析,结果表明,该地区公路运输系统在整个时间内适应性较差,原因是社会经济-公路设施-运输三个子系统的发展不协调,子系统内人口规模、第一产业比例、客货站场投资与规模等序参量的协调度贡献率低。
