The National Highway Network Layout Optimization Based on Combination Optimization Model

基于组合优化模型的国家级公路网布局优化

Abstract: Based on the traditional highway network layout combined optimization model, the paper modified the model of importance degree of node, segment, and network. Considering nodes’ transportation level and distribution of network traffic demand between nodes, the paper put forward traffic volume of passenger and freight as the important index of degree of importance of node, and took the flow, length and the number of nodes which directly connected into the degree of importance model of segment, then introduced it into the objective function. Finally, it established highway network layout combined optimization model which is fit the national level highway network, the geneitc algorithms is applied to highway network layout optimization problem. A simulation test for Northeast China expressway network planning project was also made by the model. The results indicate that the models are feasible and effective, and they provided references for highway network planning.

摘要: 在传统的公路网路线布局优化模型的基础上,对节点重要度、路段重要度及网络重要度模型分别进行了改进. 改进模型综合考虑了节点的社会经济情况及路网交通需求在各节点之间的空间分布情况,将节点的客、货运输量作为确定节点重要度的重要指标,同时将节点之间的OD交换量、路段长度以及与两节点直接连通的节点个数作为确定路段重要度的变量,并将改进的重要度模型引入目标函数当中,建立一种适用于国家级干线公路网的组合优化模型,并运用遗传算法对所建立的组合优化模型进行求解. 基于东北地区高速公路网规划案例进行的仿真试验表明,该模型是可行的、有效的,可以为公路网规划提供一些借鉴和参考.
