基于ITIL理念的交通信息设施运维管理系统设计与实践

Abstract: With the rapid development of information technology systems (ITS) in large and middle sized cities of China, managing transportation information equipments operation becomes an urgent problem. The paper presents the design and application of a ITIL-based management system. Four-layer system structure is used, including managed object layer, resource collection layer, data process layer and application layer. And the five-module system composition is designed, namely, operation service management, system monitor management, terminal repairing management, mobile communication processing and equipment monitor. The system is applied in the operation management of Guangzhou city, and covers main information systems of Guangzhou transportation management department. It is proved that the system is quite effective and can be popularized.

摘要: 针对国内各大中城市交通信息化建设所带来的大量交通信息设施运维管理问题,本文提出了一种基于ITIL理念的交通信息设施运维管理系统设计与实现方法. 采用包括被管理对象层、资源检测与采集层、数据汇聚与处理层和应用展现层的四层体系结构,以及包括运维服务管理、系统监控管理、终端设施监控、终端维修管理和移动通信处理等五大模块的组成结构. 该系统应用于广州交通信息化设施监管实践中,覆盖了广州市交通管理部门所有主要的信息化系统和车载终端. 实践证明该系统有效提高了广州交通信息设施运维管理效率,具有推广应用的前景.
