城市交通信号一体化管理平台研究与应用

Abstract: The multitraffic signal control systems have been used in some cities of China. Due to lack of data exchange between systems, the cooperative control between the system control area cannot be formed, and it brings difficulties to the management and maintenance. In this paper, a integration management platform of urban traffic signal control is estibilished, which is based on the WebGIS technology, unified communications, open protocols and integrated different traffic signal control system. The applications show that the integration platform has the function of coordinated control of traffic signals, traffic statistics analysis, traffic signal equipmen management and maintenance. It solves the problems of the data exchange between multitraffic signal system, which benefits for interregional coordinated control and the management and maintenance.

摘要: 目前国内一些城市同时应用了多个交通信号控制系统,由于系统之间缺乏数据交换和共享,各系统控制区域之间的协同控制无法形成,同时也给管理和维护带来困难.本文针对这些问题,研究构建了交通信号控制一体化管理平台,平台基于WebGIS技术,采用统一的通讯方式和开放的通信协议,能集成不同厂家的交通信号控制系统.应用表明,平台实现了交通信号一体化协同控制、交通流量统计分析、交通信号设备统一管理和维护等功能,解决了不同交通信号控制系统之间的信息交换等问题,有利于实现城市区域间交通信号协同控制,方便管理与维护.
