摘要: 在介绍车辆定位方法和智能卡技术的基础上,探讨了车辆定位在公路运输管理和智能
卡在高速公路收费中的应用.车辆定位应用于货物运输中可以提高货物运输的效率,增加车辆
的安全性.管理中心和移动车辆可利用移动通信设备进行双向的数据传输。管理中心在掌握车
辆位置与状态信息的前提下进行车辆调度和物流管理.基于智能卡内的CPU,针对高速公路的
收费管理制定专门的卡内操作系统,能够实现高速公路收费的“一卡通”.

Abstract: Based on the introduction of vehicular location methods and smart card technology, this paper discusses the issues surrounding vehicular location in highway transport management and smart card in fee collection of highway. It can improve the efficiency of transportation and
enhance the security of vehicles by using vehicular location in freightage. Through mobile communication devices, management centers and mobile vehicles transfer data bi-directionally.Having known the vehicles’ position and statement information, management centers can
attemper the vehicles and manage the cargo-flow better. Bases on the CPU in the smart card and the special COS(Card Operation System) for charge management of toll highway, it can
achieve "One card for all" in the fee collection of highway.
