摘要： 面对激烈的运输市场竞争，承运人正在从传统的运输方式转向更为精确的运输组织方式，以满足委托人日益个性化的运输需求。针对这一变化，从运输系统工程思想出发，提出了一个精细运输的概念，以解释当前在信息技术影响下运输业面临的新的变化。分析了精细运输的产生背景和精细运输的特征，提出了运输企业实现精细运输一般方法。

Abstract: Facing to competition of transportation market，carrieres are turning to accurate transport method from traditional transport for satisfying the shipper’s needs of individual transport. Based on this change, from the idea of transportation system engineering，the paper advances an idea of the lean transportation explaining the new change that transport industry faces under the influence of information technology today. In this paper, the author analyses the background lean transportation producing, and its characteristics，raises general method of transport enterprises put into the lean transportation.
