摘要: 阐述了数据抽样技术在ITS数据管理中的意义和作用,通过VB编程语言和ORACLE数据库技术实现了ITS数据抽样算法,并对北京三环路上和美国德克萨斯州圣安东尼奥的实时ITS数据进行了测试,测试结果表明,最佳抽样日对权重的变化不敏感,最佳抽样日数据与总体平均值匹配得较好,也包含了最多的原始数据的信息。

Abstract: This paper presents the significance and role of data sampling in ITS data management. The data sampling approach is realized through VB an ORACLE software, which is then applied to the case study using the ITS data from the third loop highway of Beijing and San Antonio, Texas. It is found that the resulting optimal samples are insensitive to the weights, but match the average of the total well and also contain the maximum information of the raw data.
