摘要/Abstract

摘要： 介绍了中国液体、气体、海底管道运输的发展与建设状况和中国管道运输发展与建设中存在的问题，描述了中国管道运输未来发展的态势，提出了推动发展中国管道运输应采取的政策措施等建议.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the current situation of the development and construction of liquid pipeline，gas pipeline and off-shore pipeline in China. It points out the problems existing and descries developing tendency of future development of pipeline transportation in China. Finally the recommendations are given on how to implement policy and methodology for facilitating development of China’s pipeline transportation.
