摘要: 首先介绍了实验交通工程法产生的背景及概念,阐述了实验交通工程法在交通流组织方案设计中的应用方法和步骤,分析了实验交通工程法相对于传统交通模拟应用方法的优先性;然后,以“昌平卫星城换乘枢纽周边路网交通流组织方案设计”研究课题为案例,具体介绍了实验交通工程法的应用过程,并详述了部分细节的处理;最后,根据案例的实际应用,总结了实验交通工程法的应用经验,并对其进一步的发展提出了建议。

Abstract: This paper first provides an introduction to the background and definition of the Experimental Traffic Engineering Method(ETEM). Then, it presents its application steps in the design of traffic flow organizational plan, as well as the advancement of ETEM over the traditional traffic simulation. Subsequently, the paper discusses the application process of the ETEM including some proposed application details, by using the project “Traffic Flow Organizational Design of the Road Network Adjacent to the Public Transit Transfer Hub of the Satelite City Changping” as the case study. Finally, it summarizes some experiences obtained from the case study, indetifies the future development potentials of ETEM, and provides some suggestions.
